Inclusion Criteria
Obese elderly women with no physical activity problems and a body fat rate of more than 30%
Exclusion Criteria
Those with musculoskeletal disorders or artificial joint surgery, who participated in regular exercise programs more than twice a week (at least once a half-hour) within six months of study, those with a blood pressure of 160/100 mmHg or higher, angina, hypertension, diabetes, chronic arthritis.
