Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •(a) aged more than 18 years
- •(b) could communicate and answer questionnaire Thai form
- •(c) VAS ≥ 60
- •(d) patients were diagnosed with myofascial pain syndrome in upper trapezius from Simon’s criteria.
Exclusion Criteria
- •(a) undergoing for treatment of upper trapezius trigger point
- •(b) with history of cervical spine surgery, cervical disc herniation, cervical spinal stenosis, cervical radiculopathy, fibromyalgia, pathologic findings on cervical X\-ray, infection, malignancy, coagulopathy and pregnancy
- •(c) with contraindication for applying RSWT or HLLT such as ulcer, cellulitis or rash etc.
