- •Patient informed consent.
- •Patient undergoing minor elective surgeries.
- •Asa grade i to ii.
- •Modified mallampatti score i and ii.
- •Mouth opening =3 fingers.
排除标准
- •Patient refusal
- •A history of allergy to study drugs.
- •Reduced mouth opening < 3 fingers.
- •Upper/lower airway obstruction.
- •On beta blockers or bradycardia( <60).
- •Patients with risk of aspiration such as full stomach,pregnanacy,hiatus hernia.
