Inclusion Criteria

Patient informed consent.

Patient undergoing minor elective surgeries.

Asa grade i to ii.

Modified mallampatti score i and ii.

Mouth opening =3 fingers.

Exclusion Criteria

Patient refusal

A history of allergy to study drugs.

Reduced mouth opening < 3 fingers.

Upper/lower airway obstruction.

On beta blockers or bradycardia( <60).

Patients with risk of aspiration such as full stomach,pregnanacy,hiatus hernia.
