Inclusion Criteria
A diagnosis of WAD I-II by a physician
Complaints six months or longer
Age between 18 and 65 years
Patients are with sick leave
Exclusion Criteria
Co-morbidity with severe negative consequences for physical functioning
A diagnosis of psychiatric illness
Insufficient knowledge of the Dutch language
Severe neck problems before the trauma like arthrosis or hernias.

Name Time Method <p>The triaxial accelerometer to measure the actual performance, the TAMPA to<br /><br>measure fear of movement, the 4DSQ to measure depression, anxiety and distress,<br /><br>the Utrechtse Coping List to measure coping styles, the CIS20R to measure<br /><br>fatigue, the Pain Self Efficacy Questionnaire to measure self efficacy, the VAS<br /><br>to measure the level of pain. The demographic information consist of gender,<br /><br>age, height, weight, marital status, duration of complaints, present<br /><br>medication, education level, working status and claim status.</p><br>
