Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •( Women with gestational diabetes1; In the 21 to 28 weeks of their pregnancy; According to the guidelines of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology, they do not have any absolute prohibition of the exercise; Age: 20 to 35 years of age; they do not use smoking, drugs and alcohol; they are untrained
