Inclusion Criteria

1 Participants satisfying diagnostic criteria.

2 Sciatica symptoms must be present for a minimum of

7 days before the screening visit.

3 Participants arha for yoga-vasti.

4 Participants willing to give informed consent.

Exclusion Criteria

Participants with Uncontrolled Hypertension and Diabetes Mellitus.

Participants with Known cases of malignancy.

Participants with a congenital or deformity of the spine/Infectious pathology of the spine/Fracture of the lumbosacral spine/ Severe osteoporotic degeneration.

Participants having radiating pain due to other urological and abdominal conditions.

Surgical indications such as progressive neurological deficit.

Any other condition that may jeopardize the study.
