- •Chronic kidney disease stage 3-4 (estimated GFR 15-59 mL/min/1.73 m2)
排除标准
- •intact PTH >200 pg/mL
- •serum phosphorus >5.0 mg/dL
- •serum albumin < 3.0 g/dL
- •serum potassium >5.2 mEq/L
- •chronic diarrhea, gut obstruction or bypass surgery of small bowel/large bowel
- •Previous surgery/radiation of parathyroid glands or thyroid glands
- •Prescribed aluminum based, or calcium based medication, active vitamin D or vitamin D analogs
