Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •more than 25years
- •Inpatient or outpatients of Pulmonary department in Chonnam National University Hwasun Hospital
- •Newly diagnosed inperable lung cancer within 3 months
- •Use Korean language
- •can Understand purpose of the study
Exclusion Criteria
- •Dementia or major cognitive impairment conditions
- •Acute suicidal risk or Acute psychotic symptoms
- •Known psychotic disorders
- •Acute massive hemorrhage within 1weeks
- •Platelet count less than 130,000
- •QTc prolonged more than 500msec
- •Severe renal function impairment (Creatinin Clearance (CLCR) \< 30ml/min)
- •Taking Antidepressant in enrollment period
- •Untreated or remnant another primary cancer than lung cancer
