Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\.Age 60\-90 years
- •2\.Living at home in community
- •3\.Independent walking with or without gait aid
- •4\.Having score of Thai version of the 15\-item Geriatric Depression Scale (TGDS\-15\) \<5 scores \[38] (Other nations use their outcomes and scores)
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Having musculoskeletal impairments or disorders
- •2\. Having neurological disorders
- •3\. Having cardiopulmonary impairments
- •4\. Having psychiatric disorders diagnosed by physician
- •5\. Taking any medication affecting balance or dizziness
- •6\. Unable to follow verbal commands
