Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •All patients with Acute Coronary Syndrome (ST elevation Myocardial Infarction and Non\-ST elevation Myoacardial Infarction) presenting to cardiac critical care and emergency will be recruited into the study.

Exclusion Criteria

  • •EXCLUSION CRITERIA:
  • •Unwilling to participate in the study
  • •Age less than 30 years
  • •Haematological or solid organ malignancy
  • •Diabetes mellitus duration more than 10 years
  • •Prior history of Coronary Artery Disease
  • •Peripheral artery disease
  • •Anemia, Hemoglobin \<11\.9 gm/dl in females and \<13\.6 gm/dl in males
  • •Platelets \<1 lakh/microL
