Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •All patients with Acute Coronary Syndrome (ST elevation Myocardial Infarction and Non\-ST elevation Myoacardial Infarction) presenting to cardiac critical care and emergency will be recruited into the study.
Exclusion Criteria
- •EXCLUSION CRITERIA:
- •Unwilling to participate in the study
- •Age less than 30 years
- •Haematological or solid organ malignancy
- •Diabetes mellitus duration more than 10 years
- •Prior history of Coronary Artery Disease
- •Peripheral artery disease
- •Anemia, Hemoglobin \<11\.9 gm/dl in females and \<13\.6 gm/dl in males
- •Platelets \<1 lakh/microL
