Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Patients willing to participate.
- •Patients diagnosed with mild to moderate condition.
- •Patients referred for Physiotherapy in by physicians/ pulmonologists at SDMCMSH.
- •Patients with no co\-morbid status ( Orthopaedic, Cardiac, Neurological conditions
- •Patients aged 45 and above, either gender.
- •Individuals who can read/ write and understand English, Kannada.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Patients unwilling to participate.
- •Individuals dependent on artificial ventilation.
- •Individuals who are unable to follow commands.
