Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •Patients willing to participate.
  • •Patients diagnosed with mild to moderate condition.
  • •Patients referred for Physiotherapy in by physicians/ pulmonologists at SDMCMSH.
  • •Patients with no co\-morbid status ( Orthopaedic, Cardiac, Neurological conditions
  • •Patients aged 45 and above, either gender.
  • •Individuals who can read/ write and understand English, Kannada.

Exclusion Criteria

  • •Patients unwilling to participate.
  • •Individuals dependent on artificial ventilation.
  • •Individuals who are unable to follow commands.
