- 1. To find the correlation of chronotype with sleep in collegiate athletes.

The study aims to find the correlation of chronotype with sleep and anxiety among collegiate athletes.

Positive results of the study will be helpful in pre participation evaluation of collegiate athletes.

Sleep and anxiety affects athletic performance.So, athlete found to be affected from sleep and anxiety will be aided through management.

The study is one time correlational study which uses two questionnaires which will take approximately 15-20 minutes.

- 18.00 Year(s) to 25.00 Year(s) (—)
- Sex
- All
Inclusion Criteria
- •Healthy male and female collegiate athletes between 18-25 years.
- •Enrolled in university and participate in any one individual or team sport.
- •regularly practicing and competing in organized sports.
- •Able to comprehend and write English.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Performing ≤3 planned exercise training sessions per week b.
- •History of concussion and related symptoms.
Outcomes
Primary Outcomes
1. To find the correlation of chronotype with sleep in collegiate athletes.
Time Frame: 4 weeks
2. To find out the correlation of chronotype with anxiety among collegiate athletes.
Time Frame: 4 weeks
Secondary Outcomes
- To study correlation of chronotype with sleep and anxiety among collegiate athletes at 4 weeks(4 weeks)
