Inclusion Criteria
Pregnant patients (18-40) years of ASA physical status II posted for elective LSCS under subarachnoid block.
Exclusion Criteria
H/O spinal surgery or spinal deformity,Any contraindication for spinal anaesthesia ,allergy to bupivacaine,significant medical or obstetric morbidity,BMI >30,Twin pregnancy.

Name Time Method To assess correlation between intra-abdominal pressure and level of block.Timepoint: At time of giving subarachnoid block and after delivery of baby.
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method To assess the level of sensory and motor block . <br/ ><br>Time to achieve T6 and maximum sensory block level. <br/ ><br>Incidence of hypotension and bradycardia. <br/ ><br>Time for block to recede to L2 level. <br/ ><br>To measure abdominal girth and correlate with intra -abdominal pressure.Timepoint: At time of giving subarachnoid block and after receding the level of subarachnoid block.
