1- Having signs and symptoms which are included under mukhgat (oral) and dantkashtha (dental twig) prayukta (used) vish lakshanas (toxic symptoms); and having addictions of tobacco and its products
2- Patients willing to sign consent forms
3- Patients with local (oral cavity) signs and symptoms due to tobacco toxicity
1- Patients suffering from major systemic illness like diabetes, liver cirrhosis, MI, Pulmonary TB
2- All types of oral lesions having any type of diagnosed underlying systemic pathology such as Syphilis, systemic lupus erythematosus S L E
3- All types of mouth ulcers without H/o addiction of tobacco and its products
4- Any diagnosed tubercular ulcers
5- Stomatitis in HIV positive patients
6- Patients with Sub Mucous Fibrosis without addictions of tobacco
7- All types of diagnosed oral malignancies
