入选标准
- •1 Age from 60-80 years.
- •2 Males or Females.
- •3 ASA grade I and II.
- •4 Minimum educational level till fifth standard.
- •5 Undergoing any open abdominal surgery of two hours or more.
排除标准
- •1 Refusal to consent for being a part of the study.
- •2 Any known allergy to the intervention drugs.
- •3 Any history of psychiatric or neurologic disorders or previous neurosurgeries
- •4 Any uncontrolled systemic disease causing an adverse effect on the cognitive function of the patient.
- •5 Intra-operative profound hypotension or any complication warranting stopping of the intervention agents.
