1) Patients aged 20-60 who were treated with conventional thyroidectomy
2) Subjects who understood and agreed with the purpose and process of the study.
3) Subjects who can follow the visit schedule and the study process.
1) history of keloid
2) administration or history of administration of systemic steroids, immunesuppressants, chemotherapeutic agents, anticoagulants within two weeks
3) systemic diseases such as diabetes
4) the use of scar-suppressing agents except simple dressing on the surgical site
5) inflammation or infection on the surgical site
6) history of hypersensitivity reaction on PDRN
7) pregnancy or lactiation
8) Subjects who are inappropriate with the study on the investigator's consideration
