- To develop the ayurvedic concepts in the management of Grivasandhigata Vata (Cervical Spondylosis).
Study Overview
Brief Summary
Total 40 patients will be selected for the study.
Selected case will be done clinical examinations and pathological investigations to assess the present condition.

A total of 40 diagnosed patients of Grivasandhigata Vata (Cervical Spondylosis will be selected from OPD /IPD of Shalya Tantra, Gopabandhu Ayurveda Mahavidyalaya & Hospital Puri, &District Headquarter Hospital, Puri, Odisha.

The patients shall also be collected from the special camps organized outside the city & they would be admitted in Gopabandhu Ayurveda Hospital Puri, Odisha.

Inclusion Criteria
- •Cervical Spondylosis Age group between 16-70 years.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Pregnant/lactating woman.
- •Patients group of age below 16 years and above 70 years.
- •Patients suffering from pathological condition like Bone tumor, Tuberculosis spine etc.
- •Uncontrolled diabetes mellitus.
- •History of injury to cervical spine.
- •AIDS, HepatitisB.
Outcomes
Primary Outcomes
To develop the ayurvedic concepts in the management of Grivasandhigata Vata (Cervical Spondylosis).
Time Frame: 3 sittings on a gap of 15 days.
Secondary Outcomes
- To promote cupping therapy in the daily clinical practices.(45 days)
