Inclusion Criteria
1)All patients being taken up for cardiac surgeries between the ages of 18 to 75 years.
Exclusion Criteria
1)Patients with a short neck.
2)Patients who are obese.
3)Patients who have a neck deformity/cervical cord injury
4)Neck mass/abscess
5)Deranged coagulation profile
6)Previous catheterization to similar site
7)Local skin inection/local atopic dermatitis
