Inclusion Criteria
Combination of chronic tension type headache and migraine diagnosed on the bases of diagnostic criteria of international classification of headache disorders.
Exclusion Criteria
drug abuse
medication with other antidepressants or tranquilizers
current use of other prophylactic headache medication
lack of compliance
contra-indications against tricyclic antidepressants
