Inclusion Criteria
1) Married & unmaried both women.
2) Infrequent menses at interval longer than 35
days.
3) Spotting ,bleeding less than 2 days.
Exclusion Criteria
1) Lactating mother.
2) Before menarche.
3) After menopause.
4) Pregnant women.
5) Patients on oral contraceptive pills.
6) Patients having any sytemic disorders.

Name Time Method To evaluate efficacy of shelvadigda yoga for raja pravartana.Timepoint: Orally 30ml BD 7 days before menses for 3 consecutive cycles.

Name Time Method 1) To study artava kshaya in detail as per ayurveda. <br/ ><br>2) To study the efficacy of shelvadiguda yoga in other menstrual related symptoms that is oligo and hypomenorrhoea.Timepoint: follow up after each cycle.
