Inclusion Criteria

1. The clinical and imaging diagnostic criteria of simple fatty liver were met;
2. According to the diagnostic criteria of TCM disease name and constitution of simple fatty liver;
3. The age ranged from 18 to 65 years old;
4. Patients with body mass (BMI) >= 28 and WHtR > 0.5 were defined as abdominal obesity;
5. Patients who agree to accept traditional Chinese medicine, diet and exercise intervention and sign informed consent.

Exclusion Criteria

1. Patients with hepatitis, schistosomiasis liver disease or liver cirrhosis caused by viral hepatitis, drug poisoning, immune diseases, etc;
2. Patients with severe primary diseases of heart, kidney, lung, endocrine, blood, metabolism and gastrointestinal tract;
3. Subjects with poor adherence to the study protocol or those who have recently or are participating in other clinical trials;
4. A woman who is breastfeeding, pregnant, or preparing for pregnancy.
