入选标准
- •1. The clinical and imaging diagnostic criteria of simple fatty liver were met;
- •2. According to the diagnostic criteria of TCM disease name and constitution of simple fatty liver;
- •3. The age ranged from 18 to 65 years old;
- •4. Patients with body mass (BMI) >= 28 and WHtR > 0.5 were defined as abdominal obesity;
- •5. Patients who agree to accept traditional Chinese medicine, diet and exercise intervention and sign informed consent.
排除标准
- •1. Patients with hepatitis, schistosomiasis liver disease or liver cirrhosis caused by viral hepatitis, drug poisoning, immune diseases, etc;
- •2. Patients with severe primary diseases of heart, kidney, lung, endocrine, blood, metabolism and gastrointestinal tract;
- •3. Subjects with poor adherence to the study protocol or those who have recently or are participating in other clinical trials;
- •4. A woman who is breastfeeding, pregnant, or preparing for pregnancy.
