Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •An athlete within the age group of 18\-35 years.
- •Only male basketball players will be included in the study.
- •Participants will be free of any cardiopulmonary disorder and metabolic disease and visual disorder.
Exclusion Criteria
- •An athlete who smokes, is an alcoholic and uses an ergogenic aids.
- •An athlete who is having cardiopulmonary and metabolic disease and visual disorder.
- •An athlete who suffered an injury in the last three months.
