Control and Diabetic subjects with or without diabetic complications (neuropathy, nephropathy, atherosclerosis) willing to provide blood will be included in the study. For conducting our study, the blood samples of the participants will be collected as provided by the clinical collaborator from Department of Medicine, Kasturba Hospital, Manipal,
