Age between 35-19 years
Primigravida
Gestational age between 41-37 weeks (according to ultrasound before 12 weeks or LMP)
Single, Vertex presentation
Dilatation 4-5 cm (at the beginning of the active phase of labor)
There are three contractions in 10 minutes
Appropriate pelvic position
Do not use analgesic drugs (chemical or herbal) in the last 8 hours
Do not have chronic diseases such as cardiovascular disease, kidney disease, rheumatoid arthritis and epilepsy
Do not have a known mental illness
No history of traumatic events such as the death of a spouse or loved one during pregnancy
No complications during pregnancy such as preeclampsia, chorioamnionitis
No obstetric complications (such as abruption, abnormal fetal heart rate, etc.) at the beginning of the study
Mother's unwillingness to continue participating in the study
Emergency cesarean section
Adverse consequences (placental abruption, fetal distress, lack of labor progression)

Name Time Method Pain intensity in the first stage of labor. Timepoint: Evaluation of pain before and after the intervention in 4-5, 6-7 and 8-10 cm dilatations in EX-B8 and SHAM groups and in 4-5, 6-7 and 8-10cm dilatations in the control group. Method of measurement: numerical grading scale.
