- •1) Patients with ‘hypertension or diabetes or dyslipidemia who newly visited the hospital after IRB approval
- •selected as a intervention group when they have at least 2 or more diseases among 3 diseases.
- •Hypertension + Diabetes’ OR ‘ Hypertension + Dyslipidemia’ OR ‘Hyperlipidemia + Diabetes’ OR ‘ Hypertension + Diabetes + Dyslipidemia’
- •2) Patients who agreed to participate in the clinical study during the study period (2021.9~2023.5)
排除标准
- •1) Patients under 30 years of age
- •2) Patients with only one disease among hypertension, diabetes, and hyperlipidemia
- •3) Patients who do not agree to participate in the study or who declare withdrawal
- •4) Follow-up loss
