1.Patients aged between 18-69 years and falling under class 1 as per the ASA Classification system.
2.Mandibular 1st and 2nd molar with symptoms of symptomatic irreversible pulpitis
3.Moderate to severe pain
4.Prolonged response to cold test after removing Endo ice-cold spray stimuli.
5.Completely formed roots without periapical radiolucency and any periodontal ligament space alterations as evaluated radiographically.
6.Willing to participate in the present trial
1.Patient taking beta blockers or opioids or any NSAIDs preoperatively.
2.Pregnant/ nursing mothers.
3.Patient with known allergy to LA or any of its constituents.
4.Patient not willing to participate in the present trial.
