入选标准
- •1.Patients aged between 18-69 years and falling under class 1 as per the ASA Classification system.
- •2.Mandibular 1st and 2nd molar with symptoms of symptomatic irreversible pulpitis
- •3.Moderate to severe pain
- •4.Prolonged response to cold test after removing Endo ice-cold spray stimuli.
- •5.Completely formed roots without periapical radiolucency and any periodontal ligament space alterations as evaluated radiographically.
- •6.Willing to participate in the present trial
排除标准
- •1.Patient taking beta blockers or opioids or any NSAIDs preoperatively.
- •2.Pregnant/ nursing mothers.
- •3.Patient with known allergy to LA or any of its constituents.
- •4.Patient not willing to participate in the present trial.
