Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •1\.Patients aged between 18\-69 years and falling under class 1 as per the ASA Classification system.
  • •2\.Mandibular 1st and 2nd molar with symptoms of symptomatic irreversible pulpitis
  • •3\.Moderate to severe pain
  • •4\.Prolonged response to cold test after removing Endo ice\-cold spray stimuli.
  • •5\.Completely formed roots without periapical radiolucency and any periodontal ligament space alterations as evaluated radiographically.
  • •6\.Willing to participate in the present trial

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\.Patient taking beta blockers or opioids or any NSAIDs preoperatively.
  • •2\.Pregnant/ nursing mothers.
  • •3\.Patient with known allergy to LA or any of its constituents.
  • •4\.Patient not willing to participate in the present trial.
