Inclusion Criteria

Arm 1 - PTSD diagnosis;
Arm 2 - patients who are in medical treatment because of chronic pains;
Arm 3 - people without psychic - and behavioural disorder

Exclusion Criteria

Arm 1 - no PTSD diagnosis;
Arm 2 - people who are not in medical treatment because of chronic pains;
Arm 3 - psychic - and behavioural disorder

2 personality questionnaires are to filled by all participants: <br><br>1. DAPP-BQ (Dimensional Assesstment of Personality Pathology - BASIC Questionnaire - German version of Ostendorf, F., Angleitner, A., Riemann, R. , 290 Items).<br>2. NEO-PI-R (NEO personality inventory revised version - German version of Ostendorf, F., & Angleitner, A. (2004), 241 Items).<br>People without diagnosis post traumatic stress disorder fill in the questionnaires autonomously. Pain patients and patients with post traumatic stress disorder fill in the questionnaires independently in presence of the study-authorized person.<br>

2 questionnaires to incriminating events are to filled by all participants: <br>1. IES-R (Impact of event scale – revised version - German version of Maercker & Schützwohl (1998), 22 Items)<br>2. PDS (Post traumatic diagnosis scale - German version of Ehlers, Steil & Winter (1996), 46 Items).<br>People without diagnosis post traumatic stress disorder fill in the questionnaires autonomously. Instead of a traumatic event this group enlist the worst experienced event and values his magnitude. Pain patients and patients with post traumatic stress disorder fill in the questionnaires independently in presence of the study-authorized person.<br>
