Results from this study indicated that the Sleep Ninja is a feasible intervention to deliver, and participants confirmed that it was acceptable. Findings showed that there were significant improvements on sleep and mental health symptoms, specifically, with a reduction in insomnia symptoms, improved sleep quality, and lower levels of depression and anxiety.

- •Young people who have mild-moderate sleep difficulties and own a smartphone. Consent must be provided by both young people and a parent or guardian.
排除标准
- •Do not own a smartphone
- •Do not have access to the internet and a valid email address
- •Do not live in Australia
- •Have no difficulty with their sleep
