Inclusion Criteria
Age more than 18 years
Symptoms of obstructive sleep apnea satisfying STOP BANG scoring systems
Treatment naïve Moderate to severe OSA in the previous sleep study
Exclusion Criteria
Pregnancy
Cervical Spinal Abnormalities
Chest Wall Deformities
Any Organ Failure like Respiratory Cardiac Failure, Liver or Renal Failure
Severe Obstructive or Restrictive Pulmonary Disease
Recent Surgeries
Any Un controlled diseases or Neurological or Cardio cerebrovascular Diseases
