1. Senile cataract patient who had undergone uncomplicated phacoemulsification with bilateral non-toric trifocal IOL implantation, 2. Best corrected visual acuity better than 20/25 (0.1 logMAR)
1. Complicated cataract surgery, 2. Posterior capsule opacity, 3. Residual manifest astigmatism > 1.0 diopter, 4. Ocular disease(s) significantly affecting vision eg. glaucoma, optic neuropathy, retinal diseases, 5. Currently use of topical medication(s) except preservative free artificial tear
