Inclusion Criteria
Patients with operable Oral squamous cell carcinoma in any subsites.
Exclusion Criteria
Patients with poor prognosis with life expectancy less than 1 year.Patients with uncontrolled systemic co-morbidities. Patients with Oral sub mucous fibrosis â?? stage 2,3, 4 (Haider Et Al Classification) Patient with distant metastasis.
