Inclusion Criteria
Patients who will need Therapeutic Extraction of bilateral Mandibular Premolar teeth.
Age group of patient should be 14-30 years
Patient should be having Good systemic health.
Exclusion Criteria
Patients taking any medications that can alter pain sensation, who are medically compromised or those with systemic diseases, pregnant or lactating woman, uncooperative patient and Tobacco chewers and smokers.
