Individuals =18 years old; = six months after a stroke (ischemic or hemorrhagic); who can understand simple commands, assessed through the Mini Mental State Examination (MMSE) (score greater than 13 points for illiterate, 18 points for low/medium education, and 26 points for others); being able to walk independently with an auxiliary device or not;;having access to smartphone and internet with a minimum volume of 3G
Significant cardiovascular conditions (uncontrolled resting hypertension or uncontrolled metabolic disease); lower limb orthopedic problems that make walking impossible; perform >150 minutes of walking per week on a scheduled basis at moderate intensity

Name Time Method It is expected to find an average difference in the proportion of adherence in the time of walking at moderate intensity of at least 15%. ;It is expected to find an average difference in walking distance determined through the six-minute walk test (6MWT) of at least 15%;Expect to find an average difference in exercise motivation determined through the Behavioral Regulation for Physical Exercise Questionnaire (BREQ-3) of at least 15%.
