1. Aged 18-65 years
2.Having the duration of medial heel pain symptoms at least 1 month up
3. Visual analog for pain scale at worse (VAS-pain) at mild to moderate level (3-7/10 scores)
4. Negative tarsal tunnel test
5. Having a smartphone
1. Having neuromuscular disorder or surgery of lower extremity
2. History of systemic disease, rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, Reiter's syndrome
3. Having paresthesia, tingling, or numbness at the foot
4. Having inflammation sign at the ankle
5. Receiving other physical therapy or treatments during participating in the study
6. Leg length discrepancy no more than 1 cm.
