Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. Aged 18\-65 years
- •2\.Having the duration of medial heel pain symptoms at least 1 month up
- •3\. Visual analog for pain scale at worse (VAS\-pain) at mild to moderate level (3\-7/10 scores)
- •4\. Negative tarsal tunnel test
- •5\. Having a smartphone
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Having neuromuscular disorder or surgery of lower extremity
- •2\. History of systemic disease, rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, Reiter's syndrome
- •3\. Having paresthesia, tingling, or numbness at the foot
- •4\. Having inflammation sign at the ankle
- •5\. Receiving other physical therapy or treatments during participating in the study
- •6\. Leg length discrepancy no more than 1 cm.
