  • •there is not any age and sex limitations
  • •patints with the indication of cartilage tympanoplasty
  • •at least 1 year follow up
  • •exclusion criteria:
  • •previous canal wall down (CWD)
  • •revision surgery
  • •history of chondritis (polychondritis \&...)
  • •patients with adhesive otitis
