入选标准
- •1) Adult woman aged 50 to 80
- •2) A person who voluntarily agrees to participate in the human body application test and signs an informed consent form
排除标准
- •1) A person with a BMI of 30.0 kg/? or more
- •2) A person whose blood sugar is not controlled even though they are taking medication: fasting blood sugar is 126 mg/dL or higher even though they are taking diabetes medication
- •3) A person with hypertension whose blood pressure is not controlled even though they are taking medication: systolic blood pressure 160 mmHg or diastolic blood pressure 100 mmHg higher even though they are taking medication for hypertension
- •4) A person with renal dysfunction (more than 1.5 times higher than the normal upper limit of creatine) and liver dysfunction (2.5 times higher than the normal upper limit of AST, ALT)
- •5) A person with cognitive impairment (MMSE < 24) or mental illness
- •6) A serious musculoskeletal problem
- •7) When walking is impossible
- •8) A person diagnosed with acute and serious diseases (hepatic, kidney, heart, thyroid disease, malignancy) or who is on medication
- •9) A person who has continuously performed aerobics or resistance exercises within 6 months prior to the visit (resistance exercises: exercises aimed at improving muscle strength)
- •10) A person who has continuously taken hormones, muscle strengthening agents, protein supplementation, improving muscle function, health functional food related to exercise performance within 3 months prior to the visit
- •11) A person with surgical history within 6 months prior to visit
- •12) A person who normally consumes more than 140 g of alcohol a week
- •13) A person with a history of drug or alcoholism
- •14) A person who has an allergy or hypersensitivity reaction to the ingredients of the test food: All ingredients of the test food should be specified in the consent form, and all ingredients that can cause allergies, such as sodium caseinate and soy protein isolate, should be checked at the time of screening.
- •15) A person who has participated in another human or pharmaceutical clinical trial within one month of the start of this test
- •16) A person who has difficulty following dietary guidelines during the study period
- •17) A person who is unable to read or whose ability is limited
- •18) Pregnant women and lactating women
- •19) A person who is deemed inappropriate for the researcher to participate in this study due to other reasons
