简要总结
This is an interventional open label single arm trial to evaluate the efficacy of Kankola (Piper cubeba linn) in management of Hypertension . In this study 3gms of Kankola Phala Churna will be given to patients thrice a day with lukewarm water for 60 days. the treatment period will be of 60 days. The follow up period will of 30 days during the trial and 30 days after completion of the trial.

入选标准
- •1.Age group 35- 60 years of age.
- •Patient having symptoms of continuous raised blood pressure.
- •3.Patient having Systolic blood pressure between 140 to 160mm of Hg and Diastolic blood pressure between 90-100mm of Hg.
排除标准
- •Age less than 35 years and more than 60 years of age.
- •Patients having Systolic blood pressure ≤140 and ≥160 mm of Hg and Diastolic blood pressure ≤90 and ≥100mm of Hg.
- •Pregnant women and lactating mother.
- •Patients receiving on anti hypertensive drug.
- •Complicated hypertensive cases e.g. Nephropathy and left ventricular hypertrophy, heart block , congestive heart failure, coronary artery disease and retinopathy.
