Inclusion Criteria

1) Age >18 years

2) Patients having Striae Distensae

Exclusion Criteria

1) Patients having unrealistic expectations

2) Patients not willing to undergo treatment and proper follow up.

3) Patients having history of treatment taken for the same

4) Patients not agreeing to sign consent to be included in study.

5)Patients with thrombocytopenia (low platelet count, Hypofibrinogenaemia ,other bleeding disorders)

6)Patients with autoimmune diseases, connective tissue disorders, genetic diseases.

7)Patients with critical systemic illnesses like CLD,CKD etc.

8)Patients on analgesic agents(eg. NSAIDS ) and on Anti-coagulation

therapy (eg. warfarin, dabigatran, heparin),antiplatelet therapy.

9)Pregnant women.

10) Lactating mothers

The efficacy and safety of microdermabrasion with 30 % TCA will be compared with that of microdermabrasion with PRF in treatment of striae distensae .Timepoint: 5 time points each 4 weeks apart i.e. baseline, 4 weeks,8 weeks,12 weeks, 16 weeks
