Clinically diagnosed cases of punctal stenosis.
Exclusion Criteria
Persistent epiphora due to non lacrimal causes:
�Previous lid and lacrimal surgery
�Reflex tearing due to ocular surface disease
�Nasolacrimal Duct Obstruction (NLDO)
