Brief Summary

The analysis of exercise adherence was performed on the 54 participants (intervention, n=28, control, n=26) for whom the final responses were available. The between-group effect showed that the intervention group was significantly higher than the control group in phase 3 of the exercise adherence assessment (p = 0.009, f = 0.4). On the other hand, the control group was significantly better than the intervention group in tandem standing time after 12 weeks (p = 0.049, f = 0.2).
