Inclusion Criteria

1)Patients above 65years

2)Patients belonging to ASA 1 & ASA 2 class

3)Posted for elective surgery

4)Surgery with maximum duration 2-3 hours

Exclusion Criteria

1)Patients belonging to ASA 3 & ASA 4 class

2)Patients who are not willing to participate the study

3)Patients with neurological disorder

4)Surgery duration >3hours

5)Patients with previous psychiatric illness and having history of substance abuse

6)Patients who did not speak English,Hindi or Odia or did not have at least an elementary school education
