Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •1\.Patient with plantar heel spur presenting with foot pain and characteristic changes in foot x ray.
  • •2\. Patients with a VAS score of 5 or higher for pain intensity

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\.Patient with systemic ailments such as rheumatic diseases, malignancy, neurological and metabolic condition.
  • •2\.Patient taking medications with analgesic and anti\-inflammatory effect for other conditions.
  • •3\.Patient with pain in heel due to other disease.
  • •4\.Patients taken steroid injection last 2 weeks before.
  • •5\.Patients with cognitive impairment.
