Intervention group: a confirmed diagnosis of spastic CP (unilateral or bilateral), GMFCS Level I or II, age 4-12 years. Participants must be able to understand instructions and walk at least 10 metres on a level surface without assistance, shoes or orthoses. They must be able to sit without support of the trunk, arms and feet.
Typically developing children: no neurological, orthopaedic or motor disorder.
No signed informed consent from patients (or parents in the case of minors).
Intervention group: intellectual impairment according to medical diagnosis, attention deficits and other significant behavioural Problems, severe visual impaitment. No other for of physiotherapy treatment in the last 6 months, no treatment with botulinum toxin and/or orthopaedix surgery in the last 6 months.
