Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\.Duration of symptoms \>4 weeks
- •2\.Normal anteroposterior radiograph of glenohumeral joint on affected side
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. History of shoulder trauma,dislocation or fractures in the shoulder area
- •2\. History of injection in the involved shoulder during the preceding 6 months
- •3\.Bleeding disorders
- •4\.Uncontrolled diabetes mellitus
- •5\.Active infection at site of injection
- •6\.History of allergy to local anaesthetics
- •7\.Use of anticoagulant drugs in past 7 days
- •8\.Affected shoulder surgery in past 1 year
- •9\.Patients who are pregnant or breastfeeding
