- •1.Duration of symptoms >4 weeks
- •2.Normal anteroposterior radiograph of glenohumeral joint on affected side
排除标准
- •1. History of shoulder trauma,dislocation or fractures in the shoulder area
- •2. History of injection in the involved shoulder during the preceding 6 months
- •3.Bleeding disorders
- •4.Uncontrolled diabetes mellitus
- •5.Active infection at site of injection
- •6.History of allergy to local anaesthetics
- •7.Use of anticoagulant drugs in past 7 days
- •8.Affected shoulder surgery in past 1 year
- •9.Patients who are pregnant or breastfeeding
