Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •1\.Duration of symptoms \>4 weeks
  • •2\.Normal anteroposterior radiograph of glenohumeral joint on affected side

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\. History of shoulder trauma,dislocation or fractures in the shoulder area
  • •2\. History of injection in the involved shoulder during the preceding 6 months
  • •3\.Bleeding disorders
  • •4\.Uncontrolled diabetes mellitus
  • •5\.Active infection at site of injection
  • •6\.History of allergy to local anaesthetics
  • •7\.Use of anticoagulant drugs in past 7 days
  • •8\.Affected shoulder surgery in past 1 year
  • •9\.Patients who are pregnant or breastfeeding
