- •1.Age: 30 to 65 years
- •2. Patients with chronic periodontal abscess and type-II diabetes mellitus.
- •3. Uncomplicated periodontal abscess.
排除标准
- •1. Acute abscess
- •2. Aggressive periodontitis,
- •3. Other Systemic disorders
- •4. Type-I Diabetes Mellitus
- •5. Teeth with mobility
- •6. Developmental disturbances
- •7. Endodontically involved teeth
- •8. Pregnant and lactating females
- •9. Long term steroid medication
- •10. Smokers
- •11. Immuno compromised individuals and
- •12. Those with history of antibiotic or periodontal therapy in
- •preceding 6 months.
