- •2. Operative management
- •3. Age between 20 to 65 years old
- •4. Closed fracture
排除标准
- •1. Bleeding disorders
- •2. Serum platelet count less than 150000 per cmm
- •3. Coagulopathy
- •4. Venous thrombosis
- •5. Allergic to Tranexamic Acid
- •6. Multiple injuries
- •7. Concomitant vascular injuries
- •8. Cerebral concussion
- •9. History of taking anticoagulants
- •10. Pregnancy
