Inclusion Criteria
1.All mechanically ventilated patients > 2 days
2. Patient whose relative will give written consent.
3.Patients referred by Physician, Surgeon and Intensivist
Exclusion Criteria
1.Patients intubated outside the AVBRH setting and then referred to our ICU.
2.Hypotensive patients with Systolic less than 90 mmhg.
3.Patient with chest trauma
4.Pneumothorax
5.Pleural effusion
6.Intercostals drainage
