Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. Patients undergoing elective lower limb orthopaedic surgeries
- •2\. ASA\-II ,III
- •3\. Age between 18\-75 years
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. A need for urgent or emergency surgery
- •2\. ASA classification \>III
- •3\. Coagulation disorders or patient on anticoagulant
- •4\. Neurologic disease/dementia
- •5\. A history of acute or chronic consumption of any opioids or a2\- adrenergic agonist
- •6\. Patient suffering from intracranial hypertension
- •7\. Local infection
- •8\. Allergic reaction to local anaesthetic
