- •1. Patients undergoing elective lower limb orthopaedic surgeries
- •2. ASA-II ,III
- •3. Age between 18-75 years
排除标准
- •1. A need for urgent or emergency surgery
- •2. ASA classification >III
- •3. Coagulation disorders or patient on anticoagulant
- •4. Neurologic disease/dementia
- •5. A history of acute or chronic consumption of any opioids or a2- adrenergic agonist
- •6. Patient suffering from intracranial hypertension
- •7. Local infection
- •8. Allergic reaction to local anaesthetic
