Inclusion Criteria
Patients with diagnosed case of sciatica.
Patients who are willing to give consent.
Exclusion Criteria
1)Excluding patients with red flags(such as cauda equina compression, cancer,spinal fracture,infections)
2)Peripheral neuropathy cases will be excluded.
3)Pregnant women will be excluded in this study.
4)Patients presenting with complications of sciatica will be EXCLUDED.

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Assessment of the effectiveness of homoeopathic organ specific remedies in the pain management of sciatica in both sexes of the age group from 25 to 65 years.Timepoint: Wong-Baker Faces Pain Rating Scale will be used at day 1 and during every follow up at an interval of 7days/2 weeks according to the severity and requirements till 3 months(5 follow ups) to assess the effect of organ specific homoeopathic medicines in the pain management of sciatica.

Name Time Method To assess the effectiveness of homoeopathic organ specific remedies in improving disability in sciatica.Timepoint: Wong-Baker Faces Pain Rating Scale and physical examination will be done at day 1 and during every follow up at an interval of 7days/2 weeks according to the severity and requirements till 3 months(5 follow ups) to assess the effect of organ specific homoeopathic medicines on stiffness in sciatica patients.
